1. DO I NEED CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop without creating an account.

However, creating an account with us will help you :

Track your orders and review past purchases

Request a return directly from your account.

Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

2. HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will never be shared without your consent and will only be shared with third parties who abide by applicable data protection legislation.

3. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS IS ACCEPTED AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with AMAZON PAYMENT. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SHOPIFY. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Delivery is usually via ground shipping and takes up to 7 business days. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $12 for US Domestic and $18 Worldwide Shipping 

6. DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. To prevent fraudulent purchases we are only able to ship to the billing address provided for first time customers.

7. WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE?

During our sale clearance, products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, you will have up to 12 hours to modify or cancel it, after the 12 hour threshold, we can modify any orders if you send us an email to LNS@LuxuryNextSeason.com

9. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

10. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Making a return is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items, simply request a returns merchandise authorization (RMA) number from your account or from our contact page and return your items within 7 days of receipt, your account will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.

11. IS LUXURY NEXT SEASON LEGITIMATE?

Luxury Next Season Inc. has been in business since 2006 and is a registered Corporation in the State of NEW YORK. Please contact us if you have any additional questions we will be happy to send you additional information relating to our company. Luxury Next Season is an independent dealer and curator of designer accessories and shoes. Luxury Next Season is not affiliated with, nor a licensed boutique of, the brands we sell. Luxury next Season  guarantees that all of our products are authentic and in the condition described.

12. HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS NOT FAKE, IMITATION AND THAT IT IS INDEED 100% AUTHENTIC?

We pride ourselves in selling 100% Authentic merchandise, over the years we have conducted business with over 2000 customers and have not had any doubts or concerns on the validity and authenticity of our products. We urge all of our clients to verify the authenticity of their product at any Official Designer Brand's Stores or Authorized Retailers to resolve any doubt they may have. All designer brands have serial numbers of their products, which can be easily verified. We can help direct you to your nearest location in order to do so.

13. WHAT IS LUXURY NEXT SEASON’S AFFILIATION WITH THE BRANDS AND BRAND OWNERSHIP IDENTIFIED ON THE SITE?

Luxury Next Season is an independent corporation not affiliated or endorsed by the brands identified on the Site. All trademarks are owned by their respective brand owners and none of the brands identified assumeany responsibility for any products purchased from LNS or through the website.

However, LNS fully cooperates with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit items, which includes revealing the contact information of consignors submitting counterfeit goods.

14. WHERE DOES YOUR MERCHANDISE COME FROM ?

Where does your merchandise come from? Our buyers purchase directly from the authorized retailers. We do not purchase products from any unauthorized sellers/merchants or third party brokers.
