Luxury Next Season / About
Founded in New York by Penny Pinar Karabey, Luxury Next Season brings a distinctive fashion perspective to private sourcing, brand opportunities and relationships between Europe and the United States.
Where It Started
Luxury Next Season began in New York as a luxury retail and sourcing platform with a highly edited point of view. It became known for current-season designer pieces, hard-to-find requests and direct relationships across fashion.
We fell in love with bags together. We carried them, styled them in our own ways, shared our photos and tagged one another. Through that shared love, we built a community. Seeing a bag I had chosen become part of your life was one of the greatest pleasures of Luxury Next Season.
My rule was always personal: I never offered a bag on this platform that I would not proudly carry myself. Quantity never mattered as much as quality. The craftsmanship, the character and the way a piece made you feel mattered far more than how many pieces we could offer. Every selection had to be something I could stand behind.
That chapter built something more valuable than inventory: judgment, access and a network developed through years of working with brands, clients and the industry.
The retail history remains part of Luxury Next Season, but it no longer defines the business.
Luxury Next Season Today
Today, that retail experience informs a broader practice: introducing European labels to US buying teams, developing brand presentations and events, and creating opportunities across fashion, sport and culture.
Some projects begin with a brand entering a new market. Others begin with a collection ready to meet relevant buyers, a showroom presentation, a trunk show or a carefully considered introduction. The scope is shaped around the brand, its audience and what the project needs to achieve.
The work has evolved; the attention to the product and the person remains. Penny’s founding principle still guides Luxury Next Season: a personal point of view, an eye for individuality and a reason behind every selection and connection.
Founder
A Turkish-American entrepreneur based on New York’s Upper East Side, Penny combines a background in computer engineering with an instinct for fashion, interiors and the details that give something character. She leads the creative and commercial direction of Luxury Next Season.
Her style brings uptown luxury together with downtown edge and a European sensibility. Bright color, bold patterns and unexpected accessories are signatures; her preference for color over New York’s familiar black uniform has become part of her public identity.
For Penny, an accessory is often the starting point of a look. A bag, a piece of jewelry or an unusual texture can make familiar clothes feel entirely personal. That belief runs through her buying choices, editorial work and the creation of National Accessory Day.
Outside the business, her life moves between New York and Southampton with her family. Polo, fitness and a love of coffee are part of that rhythm; she is also a certified fitness instructor.

National Accessory Day
Penny founded National Accessory Day through Luxury Next Season in 2019, celebrated on November 3. It grew from her love of the pieces that express individuality and change how an outfit feels.
Handbags, jewelry, scarves, hats, watches and even the smallest detail can tell a personal story. The invitation is simple: wear the accessories that feel most like you and celebrate the confidence and pleasure they bring.
Thank you for being part of this story since 2019. You brought these pieces into your lives and made them your own. For us, accessories have always been personal—a little color, a little attitude, something unmistakably ours. They say something about us before we say a word. You know me: it often starts with the bag.

Penny founded Shero Collective to help women and girls find support, resources and meaningful connections. Its roots lie in the community she began building during the pandemic, with women in fashion and business helping one another move forward.

Participation, sponsorship rights and use of event names or marks require the relevant approvals. Retail orders, official calendar inclusion, talent endorsements and media coverage are not guaranteed.

Philosophy
Eleven is still early. Dinner has turned into dancing, the conversation is getting interesting, and going home can wait. There is a whole night left to enjoy.
Eleven is a lovely time to close the door, wash off the day and slip into something soft. You have given enough of yourself. The rest of the evening can be yours.
Eleven can be a reminder to slow down: lights lower, phone away, room for sleep and recovery. Caring for tomorrow’s self is a beautiful way to end today.
There is still one hour until midnight. Time for another dance, a little magic, perhaps a kiss. And if you choose to leave a shoe behind, make sure it was worth it.
She may have spent the day showing up for everyone else. At eleven, she can show up for herself. Stay out. Go home. Ask for help. Let someone else take care of things. Even a SHEro deserves an evening off.

CULTURAL NOTE / SEPTEMBER 2026
Fashion spent several years perfecting a clean, controlled visual language. The result was elegant, but repetition eventually flattened individuality. The current shift is not simply toward maximalism. It is toward character.
At New York Fashion Week, the strongest street-level signals are not one uniform silhouette but the confidence to combine contradictions: crisp shirting with casual trousers, bright color against utility, polished tailoring with pieces that feel found rather than prescribed. Personal taste is becoming visible again.
For Luxury Next Season, that matters more than any single micro-trend. The next phase of luxury will reward people who know what belongs to them — and brands that are recognizable without having to shout.
RUNWAY NOTE / SPRING 2027
American fashion is returning to its own vocabulary: tailoring, prep, western references, denim, pragmatic layers and clothes designed to move through a real day. But the interesting collections are not treating those codes as costume.
What makes the moment feel new is the looseness. Rugby shirts are oversized, tailoring is less obedient, western details are mixed with city polish, and traditional pieces are being worn with more freedom. The message is not nostalgia. It is confidence in familiar things, used differently.
MATERIAL NOTE
The most convincing luxury is increasingly communicated through surface rather than symbol. Crinkled fabric, embroidery, woven leather, suede, softened tailoring and tactile knits are doing work that logos once did.
This is a useful correction. When a piece has texture, movement and material interest, it can remain quiet without becoming anonymous. It also ages better visually because its value is not tied to a seasonal graphic.
I love a bold monogram as much as a beautiful texture. For me, the pleasure is in how you wear it: a familiar piece can feel entirely your own when you give it an unexpected companion.
CURRENT SIGNALS
My love of color will never change, but neither will New York’s love affair with all black. A sharp heel, a leather skirt, a little movement — black has its own attitude here. From uptown dinners to downtown nights, it is a way of dressing that always feels like the city.
Strong color is back, but the best examples feel intelligent rather than loud: odd greens, softened violets, brick reds, buttery yellows and unexpected combinations that reward a closer look.
Everyday dressing is becoming more considered again. The line between "special" and "ordinary" is weakening, which makes a beautiful skirt, embroidered cardigan or precise jacket relevant long before evening begins.
Structure is staying, stiffness is not. The next tailored wardrobe is wider, softer and more personal — designed to frame the wearer rather than discipline her.

Luxury Next Season / Cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled according to the accepted service engagement or physical-order terms. Contact Luxury Next Season in writing as soon as possible; a request does not automatically stop work, cancel a third-party commitment or recall a shipment.
Service Orders
Email Email Luxury Next Season with the client name, project reference and requested cancellation or new date. Luxury Next Season will confirm the status of the work, commitments already made and any amounts due or refundable under the accepted terms.
Cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay for work already performed, properly earned fees or authorized non-cancellable costs. A deposit or retainer is applied according to the written agreement; calling a payment a deposit does not automatically make the entire amount non-refundable. Any date-reservation or cancellation charge must be disclosed and accepted before commitment and remain lawful.
Luxury Next Season will account for payments received, work completed and approved costs. Any refundable balance will be returned according to the engagement terms and applicable law. Products, venues, travel, alterations, specialists and other independent providers may impose their own disclosed cancellation conditions. Luxury Next Season will seek available recoveries where appropriate and will not retain a refunded third-party amount that is properly due to the client.
A new date depends on availability. Changes can require a revised scope, timing or fee, which must be accepted before additional work begins. A client's delay or changed preference does not make completed, conforming work unpaid. The Service Order & Delivery page explains delivery and client approvals.
Fees pay for the agreed work and deliverables, not an independent party's decision. A brand, buyer, producer, media outlet or retailer declining an opportunity does not by itself entitle the client to a refund for work properly delivered. This does not excuse a failure by Luxury Next Season to perform its own agreed obligations.
Luxury Next Season will notify the client and account for work completed and costs properly incurred. Amounts for undelivered work that are refundable under the agreement or law will be returned. Luxury Next Season may suspend or terminate for material non-payment, unlawful instructions or material breach as set out in the Service Terms.
Physical Orders
Request cancellation immediately. Luxury Next Season will try to stop an order where feasible, but specially commissioned items, client-approved purchases and supplier commitments may not be reversible. Only charges disclosed before purchase and permitted by law may be retained. Existing orders keep their accepted cancellation rights.
If Luxury Next Season cannot ship merchandise it sold within the applicable timeframe, Luxury Next Season will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. No cancellation charge applies to a statutory cancellation for non-shipment. An unavailable product will not be substituted without the client's agreement.
An order already dispatched may not be stoppable. A request to cancel or refusal to receive it does not replace the return-authorization process. Eligibility, the 14-day request period where applicable, disclosed final-sale exclusions, return costs and any disclosed restocking fee are described under Physical Orders.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please also read the Terms of Service.
Luxury Next Season / Accessibility
Luxury Next Season is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its digital experience for a broad range of visitors.
We aim to build and maintain the Luxury Next Season website with accessibility in mind, including readable content structure, keyboard-friendly navigation where supported by the platform, meaningful text alternatives for important imagery, sufficient visual clarity and responsive layouts across common devices.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the website, third-party integrations and content evolve, we will continue reviewing areas that can be improved.
Some parts of the site may rely on Shopify, social platforms, embedded content or other third-party services. Their accessibility features are controlled in whole or in part by those providers.

Luxury Next Season / Service Terms
These Service Terms apply to Luxury Next Season Fashion Access engagements including private sourcing, brand and market-entry work, introductions and selected private projects. The accepted project scope may add to or modify these terms.
Effective date: September 12, 2026.
An enquiry or preliminary conversation does not itself create a paid engagement. An engagement begins when Luxury Next Season and the client accept in writing the material scope, fees and responsibilities. The engagement may consist of an accepted proposal, statement of work, invoice, email confirmation and these Service Terms. A signed project-specific agreement controls over these general Service Terms where the two conflict.
Luxury Next Season will perform the work described in the accepted scope. Requests outside scope may require a revised timeline, additional fees or a separate engagement. Luxury Next Season may recommend narrowing or changing a brief if the requested work is not reasonably suited to the agreed objective.
The applicable proposal states the fee structure and payment schedule. Fees may be project-based, time-based, milestone-based, retainer-based or otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes and approved third-party expenses are additional unless expressly included. Luxury Next Season may require payment before beginning work, purchasing items, reserving dates or committing outside costs.
A deposit, retainer or advance may be required to reserve capacity, hold a date, begin research, authorize outreach or commence work. The project terms should identify how the payment is applied. Amounts associated with work already performed, expressly reserved capacity or non-cancellable commitments may become earned or remain payable as described in the engagement and permitted by law.
Material changes to the brief should be confirmed in writing. Delays in approvals, fittings, materials, access, information or decisions can move the timeline. Short-notice, after-hours, accelerated or date-reserved work may carry a disclosed rush or reservation fee when accepted before the work is undertaken.
The applicable proposal may specify cancellation and rescheduling terms based on the nature of the project and capacity reserved. Work already completed, properly earned fees and authorized non-cancellable third-party commitments may remain payable. Luxury Next Season will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee retroactively. Where a client cancels before work or reserved capacity begins, any refund entitlement is determined by the accepted engagement terms and applicable law.
Product purchases, samples, shipping, couriers, travel, alterations, production, venues, technology, outside professionals and similar costs are additional unless expressly included. Luxury Next Season may request advance funding before committing those costs. Brands, retailers, suppliers, carriers, venues, creatives and specialists remain independent third parties unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For sourcing work, Luxury Next Season may search across brands, retailers, boutiques, showrooms, resellers, collectors or other sources. Availability and price can change before an item is secured. Before commitment, Luxury Next Season will communicate the known purchasing route and material source restrictions where reasonably practicable. A third-party seller's processing, return, exchange or final-sale policy may apply to the item. The Luxury Next Season service or sourcing fee compensates Luxury Next Season for the sourcing work and is separate from any merchandise refund unless the written engagement states otherwise.
Market-entry and brand-facing work may include market reading, positioning, launch sequencing, selected outreach, introductions, presentation or other deliverables stated in the scope. Luxury Next Season does not act as a distributor, sales representative, public-relations agency, broker or exclusive agent unless the written engagement expressly says so.
Luxury Next Season may make an introduction when it believes there is relevant context and the necessary relationship permits it. Luxury Next Season does not sell contact lists and does not guarantee that a third party will accept, respond, meet, buy, place, invest, collaborate or otherwise proceed. Unless the scope provides for continued involvement, Luxury Next Season may step back after an introduction is made.
Projects involving samples or borrowed items may depend on sizing, sample access, brand approval, item condition and delivery timing. The client must provide timely approvals and comply with any loan, sample, alteration, care and return conditions. Lost, damaged or late-returned third-party items may create charges for which the responsible client is liable where disclosed or legally applicable.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely decisions and for having the rights necessary to use materials supplied to Luxury Next Season. Luxury Next Season may rely on client-provided information unless the scope expressly requires independent verification.
Luxury Next Season handles private briefs, sourcing requests and sensitive commercial conversations with discretion. If formal confidentiality obligations are required, the parties may use a separate NDA or include them in the project agreement. Luxury Next Season is not required to disclose confidential information, private contacts or another client's information in order to perform an engagement.
Luxury Next Season will not identify a non-public private client or use confidential project materials as a case study, testimonial or promotional content without permission. Publicly announced collaborations or work may be referenced only in a manner consistent with the applicable agreement and permissions.
Luxury Next Season retains ownership of its pre-existing brand assets, methods, templates, systems, know-how and materials. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement. Unless expressly transferred in writing, no assignment of Luxury Next Season intellectual property occurs merely because a fee is paid.
Luxury Next Season will perform the agreed work using its judgment and the information reasonably available at the time. Independent decisions by buyers, brands, media, producers, retailers, investors or other third parties are outside Luxury Next Season's control. No particular placement, response, sale, meeting, press result, partnership or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Luxury Next Season may suspend work for material non-payment, unlawful instructions, a material breach, or a client-requested change that cannot reasonably proceed under the existing scope. Either party's termination rights and any amounts remaining due are governed by the accepted project terms, these Service Terms and applicable law.
Unless a written engagement expressly provides otherwise, Luxury Next Season acts as an independent service provider. Nothing creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, exclusive agency or authority to bind the other party.
The warranty, limitation-of-liability and indemnification provisions in the general Terms of Service apply to service engagements except where a project-specific written agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, subject to payment obligations already accrued and non-cancellable commitments. The affected party should communicate a material delay as soon as reasonably practicable.
The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in the general Terms of Service apply unless a project-specific agreement validly provides otherwise.

Luxury Next Season / Service Order & Delivery
Service engagements and physical purchases follow separate terms. The accepted written scope or order confirmation identifies what Luxury Next Season will provide, the price, timing and each party's responsibilities. General online product sales are currently paused.
Service Orders
An enquiry, conversation or request does not reserve a date or create a paid engagement. Work begins after Luxury Next Season and the client accept the scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities in writing, and any required initial payment has cleared. An accepted proposal, statement of work or email confirmation may document the engagement.
Private sourcing, curated brand access, market entry, introductions and other private projects are limited to the work expressly agreed. Research, outreach and professional advice can be deliverables in their own right; a particular purchase, placement or commercial result is included only if expressly agreed and capable of being provided by Luxury Next Season.
The written scope states the service fee, deposit or retainer, payment schedule and included expenses. Luxury Next Season may require advance funding before reserving capacity, purchasing goods or committing third-party costs. Product prices, shipping, travel, alterations, outside specialists and production costs are additional unless expressly included. Additional spending requires the client's approval or an agreed spending limit.
Depending on the brief, delivery may consist of a consultation, written recommendations, an edited selection, research, an introduction, a presentation or other agreed project work. The scope identifies the delivery method and any milestones. An introduction is delivered when the agreed connection is made; a response, meeting or transaction by an independent third party is not guaranteed.
Timing depends on timely payment, accurate information, approvals, access and availability. Client delays, changed instructions or third-party decisions may require a revised schedule, which Luxury Next Season will communicate. Luxury Next Season may pause work for overdue payment or missing essential instructions after notifying the client. A fixed event date or guaranteed deadline must be expressly accepted in writing.
Only revisions and follow-up work stated in the scope are included. New requirements, extra rounds, rush work and rescheduling require agreement on any added fees and timing before that work proceeds. The client should identify any material mismatch with the accepted scope promptly so Luxury Next Season can review it. Silence alone does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Brands, retailers, showrooms, carriers and other providers make their own decisions. Luxury Next Season does not guarantee stock, a third-party response or a commercial outcome. If an engagement includes a product, sample or wardrobe shipment, the purchasing route, logistics and costs will be confirmed separately and the Physical Orders terms below also apply. The service fee remains separate from the product price and any merchandise refund.
Work performed, properly earned fees and authorized non-cancellable commitments remain payable as provided in the accepted engagement. Please read Cancellation and the Service Terms before committing to a project.
Physical Orders
Existing orders remain subject to the terms disclosed and accepted when purchased, including any more favorable return period or included return label. This page does not retrospectively change those terms. For a new physical purchase expressly accepted by Luxury Next Season, the written confirmation identifies the item, seller, price, shipping charges and material restrictions. Luxury Next Season may verify availability, payment and fraud-prevention information before accepting an order. If Luxury Next Season cannot accept or supply it, payments due back will be refunded as required by law.
Shipping depends on the item's size, weight, location and destination. USPS, FedEx, express delivery and same-day New York City delivery may be offered where available and confirmed for the specific order. Historic flat rates, cut-off times and same-day promises are not standing offers for a new purchase. Current charges, service level and any applicable order cut-off will be stated before commitment. Multiple-source purchases may require separate shipments and charges.
The confirmation will distinguish processing or sourcing time from carrier transit time. Business-day services generally exclude weekends and public holidays. For merchandise sold directly by Luxury Next Season, Luxury Next Season will comply with the promised shipment timeframe and applicable shipment-delay rules. If timely shipment is not possible, Luxury Next Season will provide the required notice and obtain consent to a revised shipment date or cancel and refund as required. Carrier estimates do not override these obligations.
A delivery signature is required for Luxury Next Season-arranged shipments unless a different arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing. Tracking will be provided when available. The client must provide an accurate address and arrange for an authorized recipient. Requests to change an address or waive a signature must be made before dispatch and are subject to approval and carrier availability; any added costs will be disclosed.
Contact Luxury Next Season and the carrier promptly after a missed delivery. Redelivery, rerouting or a parcel's return to sender depends on the carrier. A refused or uncollected parcel is not, by itself, an approved cancellation or merchandise return. Documented additional charges caused by an incorrect client address or an unjustified refusal may be payable where disclosed and permitted by law. Carrier tracking is evidence of delivery, but does not automatically defeat a valid loss or non-delivery claim.
Unless expressly included in the written price, destination duties, taxes and brokerage charges are the recipient's responsibility. Customs clearance may affect timing. Luxury Next Season will assist with reasonable documentation and carrier enquiries; nothing excludes obligations that the seller retains under applicable law.
For future eligible full-price merchandise sold directly by Luxury Next Season under these terms, request authorization within 14 days of delivery at Email Luxury Next Season. Items must be original, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags, packaging and accessories. Retain proof of purchase and do not ship a return without the confirmed address and instructions. Eligibility is checked when the item is received and inspected.
Final-sale items, discount-code purchases, wedding items, personalized, made-to-order and client-altered merchandise are excluded from change-of-mind returns only where that restriction was clearly disclosed before the purchase. Private-sourced goods bought from an independent seller follow that seller's disclosed policy. Luxury Next Season will identify the purchasing route and known material restrictions before the client commits. These restrictions do not remove remedies for defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods where the law requires them.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, a 15% restocking fee applies only if clearly disclosed before payment and permitted by law. It will not be introduced after purchase or applied where prohibited, including where a required remedy arises from Luxury Next Season's error. The customer pays return shipping unless the accepted order includes a prepaid label or the law requires otherwise. Original shipping and handling are non-refundable for a change of mind where disclosed, but not where a seller error or applicable law requires reimbursement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, within the applicable legal timeframe; any deduction will be explained.
Notify Luxury Next Season promptly with the order details and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Retain the packaging for a carrier claim. Luxury Next Season will investigate and provide or facilitate the appropriate remedy. Prompt notice helps the investigation; it does not shorten any mandatory legal rights.

Luxury Next Season / Cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled according to the accepted service engagement or physical-order terms. Contact Luxury Next Season in writing as soon as possible; a request does not automatically stop work, cancel a third-party commitment or recall a shipment.
Service Orders
Email Email Luxury Next Season with the client name, project reference and requested cancellation or new date. Luxury Next Season will confirm the status of the work, commitments already made and any amounts due or refundable under the accepted terms.
Cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay for work already performed, properly earned fees or authorized non-cancellable costs. A deposit or retainer is applied according to the written agreement; calling a payment a deposit does not automatically make the entire amount non-refundable. Any date-reservation or cancellation charge must be disclosed and accepted before commitment and remain lawful.
Luxury Next Season will account for payments received, work completed and approved costs. Any refundable balance will be returned according to the engagement terms and applicable law. Products, venues, travel, alterations, specialists and other independent providers may impose their own disclosed cancellation conditions. Luxury Next Season will seek available recoveries where appropriate and will not retain a refunded third-party amount that is properly due to the client.
A new date depends on availability. Changes can require a revised scope, timing or fee, which must be accepted before additional work begins. A client's delay or changed preference does not make completed, conforming work unpaid. The Service Order & Delivery page explains delivery and client approvals.
Fees pay for the agreed work and deliverables, not an independent party's decision. A brand, buyer, producer, media outlet or retailer declining an opportunity does not by itself entitle the client to a refund for work properly delivered. This does not excuse a failure by Luxury Next Season to perform its own agreed obligations.
Luxury Next Season will notify the client and account for work completed and costs properly incurred. Amounts for undelivered work that are refundable under the agreement or law will be returned. Luxury Next Season may suspend or terminate for material non-payment, unlawful instructions or material breach as set out in the Service Terms.
Physical Orders
Request cancellation immediately. Luxury Next Season will try to stop an order where feasible, but specially commissioned items, client-approved purchases and supplier commitments may not be reversible. Only charges disclosed before purchase and permitted by law may be retained. Existing orders keep their accepted cancellation rights.
If Luxury Next Season cannot ship merchandise it sold within the applicable timeframe, Luxury Next Season will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. No cancellation charge applies to a statutory cancellation for non-shipment. An unavailable product will not be substituted without the client's agreement.
An order already dispatched may not be stoppable. A request to cancel or refusal to receive it does not replace the return-authorization process. Eligibility, the 14-day request period where applicable, disclosed final-sale exclusions, return costs and any disclosed restocking fee are described under Physical Orders.

I built Luxury Next Season around a simple instinct: when something is exceptional, you recognise it. A beautiful piece, a designer with a distinct point of view, a connection that opens a new possibility. My work has always begun there.
Together, we have discovered and collected some of the most beautiful handbags. Now, let’s take the platform we have built together into its next chapter, opening it up to brands and the possibilities ahead of them.
We are moving from a boutique retail model to a more personal service business, bringing together curated brand access, private buying and sourcing, and introductions between Europe and the United States.
For private clients, that means a thoughtful edit and the search for pieces that feel truly theirs. For brands, it means a considered approach to buyers, showrooms and new markets, with particular attention to European brands seeking a place in the US.
Fashion access and events are also part of this direction: from showroom appointments, brand presentations and trunk shows to experiences in New York and the Hamptons. Each project starts with a clear point of view and the people it is meant to reach.
My taste remains at the centre of it. I am drawn to character, craftsmanship and individuality. Those qualities will shape the brands I work with, the pieces I find and the introductions I make.
